Perfect

Don't you listen to them darlin'
Don't you care,
Because all those voices,
All those noises,
They're scared of you,
Chanting so loud but,
They're scared of you,
Scared of how you get right back up,
Scared of how calmly you deal with it,
Scared of how gracefully you handle their mess,
Scared of what happened was the total opposite of what they thought,
Scared that they couldn't take over you,
Scared of your beautiful strengths,
Scared of your heroic courage,
Scared that you rose above all,
And you, Oh You!
You are amazing,
A wonderful riddle,
A mesmerizing sight,
A precious piece of nature's art,
A striking strength,
You are perfect,
Do you hear that,
You are perfect, just the way you are!

Books and Stuff.

Assalam O Alaikum and Greetings!
How are you all, my fellow humans? I hope everything is turning out to be great for all of you out there! Today I went for a book spree. Though because of shortage of time, I ended up only buying one book, but my best friend got four books. I bought 'Who's That Girl' by Alexandra Potter. It seems like a fun and jolly book, I have just started reading it. The writing style seems a bit like Sophie Kinsella's. Speaking of her, I am a huge fan! I have read almost all of her stand alone novels and they are great! Somehow I cant get my self to start any series. I have NEVER read any series and neither can I. I just don't have a thing for series. I think Sophie Kinsella's 'Twenties Girl' is one of her masterpieces and if you guys haven't already read it, you should give it a try! I wonder why a movie hasn't been been made out of it yet!! It's such a wonderful book.
Also, I am reading Ashfaq Ahmed's 'Zaavia' these days. I don't drown myself too much into it, it does get to be a bit dry, but I think it's one of those books that just makes kindness and love grow in you.

I am a huge fan of Umera Ahmed(like everyone else is'nt lol!)
She is an amazing writer. Besides Peer e kamil [Peace Be upon Him] which is everyone's favorite book these days, I think Laahasil stands out. It's story is very gripping. What I love about her novels is they are not all the same. Each one of them has a different story line and different writing plot, which I think is what makes her words shine.
There are also a lot of movies that are in my bucket. I have to watch 'Annie', 'Gone Girl', 'Penguins of Madagascar'. I hope I could watch these soon.
I have a really odd schedule these days that needs to be fixed up.

That's about it folks.
Sending love and prayers.

I told my Teacher!

Assalam O Alaikum And Greetings!
                                         How are you guys?
I wanted to share something with you guys! You know what!? I went to my teacher's office and I ASKED HER MYSELF IN PERSON TO READ MY BLOG AND READ MY POST. It's a big deal people, It's a BIG deal.
It took me alot of courage to do that. I am a shy person. I roamed around her office for like 1 hour and tried to talk to her like 12 times but ended up returning back to the benches outside. Yes, I know, I am a chicken. But finally I did get brave enough to go ask her. I wanted it to be anonymous.. since she does'nt know me by my first name before saying it to her I messaged her on facebook, but she could'nt reply or visit the page. So me being impatient as ever, today, I talked to her. So... My letter does'nt get to be anonymous letter. But she is going to read it and that's actually what matters!
She smiled entire time I talked to her! She is so nice. She is such a wonderful person. I am so blessed to be her student and I am sooooo thankful for it. :') My day has been Amazing! :')
I smiled the entire way home! and one woman even eyed me suspiciously if I was smiling at a guy or something! :D hahaaa!!
After I talked to her, I was literally shivering, butterflies in my stomach... what not! I wish she finds time to read the actual post on my blog!
For those of you who don't know what I posted for my teacher can see it here: My tribute to her

Eid And the Picnic

Assalam O Alaikum and Greetings!

Eid Mubarak People!! okay, A belated one!! :D
My eid was splendid and wonderful, on day 1 we were done with our animal and the giving off meat. Day 2 was a family get together at my place. Day 3 was awesome , amazing and just wonderful. This year has been so good Alhumdulillah. I went to the sea side on day 3. Went to Sandspit. I had whole loadsss of fun. I collected sea shells, took crazzy stupid family pics and enjoyed alot!
Here are some pictures that I'd show you! :)

Sandspit!

Sea shell

And I collected these, the red and purple one is so different AND beautiful!

OK I confess I'm not a very good photographer but I love to take photos anyway!

Found this kingfisher on our way near the mangrooves... It was beautiful!

I love picnics!

So that was How I celebrated Eid. I did not put on any mehndi (henna) again. This eid is always more of a animal-sacrifice major rather then concentrating on our dresses and all. We din't really made alot of preparation to get ourselves ready but we did put alot of efforts in the kitchen with the nihari , biryani, pulao and how can I forget Kaleji! So I did not do any shopping for eid for my self this time. But my Eid was fun filled AND CHOCLATE FILLED TOO! I am eating alot of chocolate these days! I have a sweet tooth... I crave for sweet after every few days.

P.S Local govt. did a good job with taking away the garbage and cleaning up after eid!

Over and out with a promise to bring something good to you next time!
